I have never blogged before. But I wanted a place to share my thoughts and while I could have started a journal I thought what if I could effect just one person's life in a positive way or what if that person could effect my life in a positive way. I want to share both my struggles with losing weight and my accomplishments. I want to learn new skills for success and find ways to stay motivated.
My diet of choice is Medifast. But I don't want this to be a Medifast blog. I want to know what works for all of you and what hasn't worked. I think Medifast will be a good fit for me because I don't like to count calories, and fat and keep food journals. While I have been successful in the past when I followed other diets like the Weight Watchers plan, I found myself spending too much time tracking points and planning meals. I like the idea of only having to plan one meal a day for myself. I don't want to have to think about what I am going to eat and how many calories and fat something has or how many points it is worth. I will eat five Medifast meals a day and one lean and green meal. I don't think you can get much simpler than that. They have done all the work for me.
So I will be placing my order and anticipating the delivery of my meals for the month. Talk to you soon.
